lyrics

distorted, disorder. our politics are not a shield and our feminism sometimes means we won’t reveal all of our demons (and all of our shame). too afraid to give them names. knowing a problem’s cause doesn’t mean it won’t take root. every seed planted holds the potential to bear fruit. spend 27 years building a box for me and I will eventually try to fit within. shrinking, folding, cutting myself down to the right size.
